Around Town In South County (Week-End Edition): Quite a Week!!

Friday night was a busy night at Aliso Niguel High School as Dana Hills and Aliso Niguel played.  Aliso Niguel Prevailed.  This was as Thursday also saw The Aliso Niguel Water Polo Team was in action against Tesoro as well.   It was fabulous to see the Community be out in support of our youth:

It was also quite a week on the Community front.   The Aliso Niguel City Council took up the matter of Regal selling Alcohol as members of the Council were not pleased with how Regal had handled it.   We will be continuing to monitor this as the matter is slated to be taken up on October 21.   For further information, please visit: http://www.alisonow.com/ which will have the most current updates on this:

We also were very happy to see the Grand Opening of Skewers in Laguna Niguel on September 18.  This is a Turkish Cypriot Eatery that features some of the most delicious Mediterranean Food out there.   If one wishes to have a flavor of the Mediterrian, check them out.  It was gratifying tos ee how the Community embraced them and as the Laguna Niguel Chamber of Commerce supported them as they did:

We here @ #Outsiders congratulate them and wish them all the best.    We also wanted to note that this is also an important week for Orange County as The founder of the California Missions, Junipero Sera, Will be declared a Saint by the Holy Father as he begins his tour of the United States and remember what he did in California below:
