On the Iranian Revolution of 2022: Some Month-End #RandomThoughts

Protests are continuing every day throughout Iran.   Yesterday, Iranians in over 80 cities around the World formed human chains in line with a call to action by PS752 Justice.   Their planning and It is a pleasure to present a compilation of the Revolutionary Songs that have been produced by Artists as the Revolution rages on.  I salute all who continue to defy threats to go out on the streets as I pray for the soul of all the fallen and only hope that the almighty grants them and their loved ones the solace to deal with the loss as I know the light will overcome darkness:

On the Prowl With #RandomThoughts On Iran, #MahsaAmini & Other Thoughts

Iran has arisen!!!

Yesterday saw Iran once again marched as Iran remembered  Mahsa Amini  on the 40th day of her murder by the Iranian Regime as they marched in over 200 Cities.   Just in her birthplace, the estimates was some 50,000 people---and the regime forces did not dare to intervene.    I wrote in tribute to her when I noted that although she is asleep, she woke up a nation and the World.

As I was writing and reflecting, I decided to listen to a classic from one of Iran's leading lights, Mehdi Yarrahi on his tribute to the Mothers who lost their loved ones during the Aban Uprising of 1398 (2019).    I thought it to be ever so appropriate as Mothers are again burying their loved ones.   Nika Shakeri, another of the martyrs, is approaching her 40th Day and the martyrs of Zahedan (where the regime gunned down mourners in cold blood), is also before us.

As I reflected upon the past 40 days, I can't help but underscore:  The Women of Iran have led the resurrection and renaissance of Iran.   May the almighty bless them all:

As I finished off some research and curation work for the Daily Outsider, I also picked this up from him as a tribute to the Revolution:  All I know is this:
 Light will overcome darkness

On the Revolution in Iran: #RandomThoughts

I had taken some time off as I wanted to be ready for the 4th Quarter.    But, I broke my sabbatical to start joining the Social Media advocacy as a simple ordinary face to add my voice after Mahsa Amini was killed and the uprising began.    Yesterday, I joined the local protests as Iranians in over 150 cities came out to say:  enough is enough.  The first image I captured was from Hamed Esmallion, the spokesman for the PS752 Justice foundation who lost his wife and daughter when the Ukrainian Airline Ps752 was shot down.

I was working away on various projects in support of the Daily Outsider to launch the Quarter as I also finished off these brief #RandomThoughts.   As I write these brief #RandomThoughts  I am right now listening to Mehdi Mahdavi Azad on Iran International as he tells the World that the regime is crazy as the regime has decided to hit hard by killing and arresting.   evolution is at hand in Iran--as I am writing this, Sharif University in Tehran has been attacked and people have been killed and arrested.   Some students were escorted by Univerity professors and then trapped and arrested--horrific scenes as they're attacking protestors with Gas that they've licensed from North Korea.

As I continue to work away, I decided to release this as I caught the faces of the martyrs who have fallen.   Iran will be free--light will prevail over darkness.
