It has been a distressing 24 hours on the Economic Front in Orange County. Haagan declared Chapter 11 Bankruptcy after having taken over quite a number of Albertson and Safeway Stores in Orange County. We will continue to follow this as we also saw reports of Quicksilver of Huntington Beach also declared bankruptcy. This is also as Macy's just announced that 40 Stores are closing throughout the United States. We will be assessing this throughout Orange County over the course of the ensuing weeks.
