The news from Boston has been horrific. Our Sheriff's Department has gone on heightened alert as a result of it as noted by Sheriff Hutchins in her comments as reported on the Orange County Sheriff Department Website. It must also be noted that The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign encourages citizens to report suspicious activity to local law enforcement.
