Banks in Yorba Linda and Laguna Niguel were robbed Monday morning. After reviewing surveillance video of the robberies, OCSD and FBI investigators believe both robberies were committed by the same man known as the "gone plaid bandit." He fled the scenes on a skateboard. Anyone with information is asked to call (949) 939-8699 or submit a tip via Orange County Crime Stoppers at 855-TIP-OCCS or occrimestoppers.org.
