For this edition of "Notations from the Grid", we wanted to report on this by California Forward. It is some interesting insights in lieu of the fact that Governor Brown's revised budget provides for additional monies--including additional monies for schools. Based on an assessment from the Capistrano Unified School District, the additional liablities imposed upon Capistrano will cause profound difficulties which we will hope to have comments on soon.
